Craig Award in 1987 and a Testimonial Award in 2001. Dr. Fotedar also received the 2004 Engineer of the Year Award from ASEI ( American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin).

2.Shri Jeevan Zutshi, CA
J eevan Zutshi has been a member of KOA since its inception and founding member of IAKF. He became the Director of KOA California Chapter in 1986. He served as an elected Director for three terms and served as Vice President of KOA from 1989-1991.

Jeevan Zutshi is founder of the Indo-American Community Federation, that has set an example for other Indo-Americans in California to become part and parcel of mainstream America, which has been the vision and the Mission of his historic IACF-USA. IACF was founded in early 1995 in Fremont, California. He convened 3 international symposiums on Kashmir in California under IAKF banner.

3.Dr.Hari K. Bhat, NY

D r. Hari Bhat is an active member of KOA and he successfuly organised the KOA Annual camp in 2004. Dr. Bhat is Assistant Professor of Environmental Health Sciences at Columbia University, NY. Dr. Bhat's research interests focus on the elucidation of biochemical and molecular mechanisms of hormonal carcinogenesis. Exogenous and endogenous exposure to estrogens is associated with the development of human cancers. Estrogen-mediated carcinogenesis is speculated to result from a cumulative effect of hormonal effects and oxidative damage resulting from the metabolic activation of estrogens. Environmental insult may also play a crucial role in this carcinogenic process. The mechanism of hormonal carcinogenesis is being investigated using animal models and relevant cell lines.
